We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and internationally. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized gold jewelry may require additional processing time before shipment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. U.S. delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, while international delivery generally takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT required by their country. These charges are not included in our prices. For security purposes, high-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.
